Will my seats be together, and what does “restricted view” mean?

Seats in the same order are placed together where possible; for larger orders, we can only ensure up to two seats side by side. A listing marked 'restricted' or 'obstructed view' means a fixed feature of the venue — such as a pillar or barrier — blocks part of the view from that seat. This applies only where the listing carries that label, so please check the listing notes before you order.

Can I buy a single ticket, or do I have to buy the whole set?

It depends on the listing — tickets are often sold in sets, and some can't be split so a lone seat isn't left behind. The available quantities are shown as you choose, so you can pick what fits your group.

Usually not — most events don't need a name on the ticket. For ID or named-ticket events, you'll add each attendee's name at checkout. When an event is postponed or rescheduled, your tickets stay valid for the new date, so a refund isn't available. Refunds apply only to events that are officially cancelled, as confirmed by the organiser.
