Spice Girls Tickets & Tour Dates

Spice Girls Tour Schedule

The Spice Girls are a girl pop group based in England. Despite getting their start in 1994, the band has remained an iconic set through the years for more than just music. Their strides in music, media, fashion, and gender equality through “Girl Power” have left a lasting impression on the world. This all-girl group showed everyone the power of women and what they could do with their potential. Their fans weren’t only women though, and their concerts bring people from all walks of life.

Although they went on an extensive hiatus, the Spice Girls announced a reunion in 2018 and have set dates for shows in 2019. Their first date of the tour is in Dublin, Ireland on May 24th, followed by visits to several cities in England, including Manchester, Sunderland, Bristol, and finally, London on June 15th.

Spice Girls Background

The Spice Girls were a hit back in their day and continue to be legends in their current work. The group is made up of Geri Halliwell, Melanie Chisholm, Emma Bunton, Melanie Brown, and Victoria Beckham. Although Beckham left the group citing commitments to other solo projects, she’s still remembered with her nickname, ‘Posh Spice.’ They first auditioned separately to be in an all-girl group, and eventually the members were selected. They didn’t enjoy working with the first label they received and felt that they weren’t listening to their ideas about their music. They finally left, found a new manager, and released their debut single, “Wannabe,” which was so popular in the UK that it was played up to 70 times a week during its peak.

Spice Girls’ Greatest Hits

Beckham may have left the group, but their music made as one was phenomenal. Some of their most famous songs are “Say You’ll Be There”, “Wannabe”, and “Spice Up Your Life”. Additionally, the group has racked up over 80 awards from various associations for their work.
