He started to play the violin at the age of five. Even in his youth, he was very interested in the orchestra section of the musical world.

Rieu had success with orchestra throughout his time in university, and by the time he was out, he was ready to make his own orchestra group. So, he established his own group called the Johann Strauss Orchestra. With his group, he’s gone on to perform and conduct many successful performances.
