The coronavirus has affected every aspect of all of our lives, including sports and entertainment. Sporting matches and concerts have been cancelled, or rescheduled and in some cases suspended until an official determination can be reached.
Conditions are changing and evolving minute by minute due to this unprecedented circumstance. We, at Gigsberg, have been monitoring the unparalleled legal and public health developments of COVID19, as the consequences cascade through the ticketing and events industry, and we are adapting to rapidly changing business circumstances on a daily basis.
The evolving Coronavirus pandemic has led to many questions regarding events being postponed, cancelled or suspended until further notice.
Our currently updated information can be found below with hopes of bringing some clarity to these difficult times.
Currently, these are the guidlines
For Postponed events:
- We must wait for the official event organizers to decide if the event will be rescheduled or canceled.
- You do not need to take any actions as our customer service team will contact you directly once an official announcement is made.
- Keep your current tickets, as they will be valid for the new event date of any rescheduled event.
- If an event is rescheduled and you are unable to attend the new date, we can provide a credit coupon worth 100% of the full value of your order, and you can receive a voucher to use for a future purchase, with no expiration date.
For Canceled events:
- Notice via email will be sent of the cancelation as soon as the official announcement is released.
- You will receive a credit coupon worth 120% of the full value of your order, all inclusive, and a voucher will be provided toward a future purchase. This means you will receive your full purchase price PLUS an added 20% to be applied to any order for any event until May 31, 2022.
Should you find you are unable to use the coupon before May 31, 2022, please notify us Immediately, by e-mail, to allow us to examine if the option of extending the credit is available.
