The Hu (stylized as The HU) is a Mongolian rock band formed in 2016.

With traditional Mongolian instrumentation, including the Morin khuur, and Mongolian throat singing, the band calls their style of music "hunnu rock", hu being a Mongolian root word for "human". Their producer's name is Dashdondog Bayarmagnai, a.k.a. "Dashka".

Aurora Aksnes, known mononymously as Aurora (stylised as AURORA), is a Norwegian singer-songwriter and producer. Her debut EP Running with the Wolves was released through Decca Records in May 2015, receiving widespread approval from online music blogs and national press.

Later the same year she provided the backing track for the John Lewis Christmas advert, singing a cover of the Oasis song "Half the World Away". This cover appears as a bonus track on the deluxe version of her debut studio album, All My Demons Greeting Me as a Friend, which was released worldwide on 11 March 2016.

Aurora's music is characterized by a dreamy, emotional and sophisticated pop, but still very catchy and direct; in the instrumental sections there are electronic, orchestral and folk elements. She has sometimes been compared to Susanne Sundfør, Emilíana Torrini, Florence and the Machine, Eivør, Kate Bush, Lana Del Rey, Lorde and Björk.

      04 October 2024 (Friday) 20:00

Bob Dylan is a man of many talents, but perhaps the best talent he has is singing. His career for folk/country music has been both long and fruitful. He started all the way back in 1962 and doesn’t show any signs of slowing down soon. Fans of Bob Dylan travel from far and wide to hear him perform live. The good news is that he has a few dates ready for 2019 performances. He’s expected to sing on June 21st in Bergen, Norway, followed by an appearance in Helsinki, Finland on June 24th. On June 28th, he’s in Sweden, June 29th, Norway, and finally, on July 12th, he’ll be performing in London, England.

      Bob Dylan Background

Bob Dylan was born as Robert Zimmerman in Duluth, Minnesota in 1941. He got into music by listening to gospel, and then rock songs on the radio. Dylan found himself gravitating towards the folk music genre because he felt it was more realistic and applicable to reality. He went to college, but decided to drop out in his first year and move to New York. He released his self-titled debut album in 1962, and he was well on his way to fame.

Bob Dylan is known for singing about the times he was in. Emotions from the eras of the civil rights movement and anti-war feelings were apparent in his music. He sort of became a voice of the people’s hearts and produced music that connected with many.

      Bob Dylan’s Greatest Hits

Bob Dylan has shown talent in several areas, including singing, writing, and art. He actually received the Presidential Medal of Freedom from former President Barack Obama in 2012 and the Nobel Prize in Literature in 2016. Some of his most significant musical pieces were “The Times They Are A-Changing,” “Gotta Serve Somebody,” “Someday Baby,” “Things Have Changed,” and “Beyond Here Lies Nothing.”
