Tyler Gregory Okonma, professionally known as Tyler, the Creator, is an American rapper, producer, director, and fashion designer, born on March 6, 1991. He emerged as a leading force in alternative hip hop throughout the 2010s and is widely regarded as a pivotal influence in the genre. Rising to prominence in the late 2000s, Okonma became known as the co-founder and frontman of the music collective Odd Future, where he contributed as a rapper, producer, and director. He also starred in the group’s comedy series *Loiter Squad* (2012–2014). His solo journey began with the release of his debut mixtape, *Bastard* (2009), which drew attention within indie music circles. His first studio album, *Goblin* (2011), launched him into the mainstream, especially with the viral success of “Yonkers.” However, Okonma’s early work faced media controversy due to its horrorcore influences and intense lyrical themes. His sound evolved with his 2013 album, *Wolf*, as he shifted toward a fusion of jazz, soul, and R&B, distancing himself from horrorcore. This progression continued with *Flower Boy* (2017), followed by *Igor* (2019) and *Call Me If You Get Lost* (2021), both of which debuted at number one on the Billboard 200 and earned Grammy Awards for Best Rap Album. His seventh studio album, *Chromakopia*, was released on October 28, 2024. Beyond music, Okonma established himself in fashion with his brands Golf Wang and Le Fleur, along with partnerships with Lacoste, Converse, and Louis Vuitton. He founded the annual Camp Flog Gnaw Carnival in 2012, attracting acts like Kanye West, Drake, Kendrick Lamar, Lana Del Rey, and Billie Eilish. Under the alias Wolf Haley, he has directed all of his music and promotional videos. Okonma has won multiple awards, including two Grammys, three BET Hip Hop Awards, a BRIT Award, and an MTV Video Music Award. In 2019, *The Wall Street Journal* named him “Music Innovator of the Year,” and in 2024, the *Los Angeles Times* highlighted him as part of its "L.A. Influential" series for his cultural impact in the city.

RÜFÜS DU SOL (formerly stylized as RÜFÜS) is an Australian alternative dance group hailing from Sydney, featuring members Tyrone Lindqvist, Jon George, and James Hunt. Initially known as RÜFÜS, the band adopted the name RÜFÜS DU SOL in 2014 for their U.S. presence to differentiate themselves from the funk band Rufus. In 2018, the group officially embraced the name change globally for consistency.
Their debut album *Atlas* reached number one on the Australian charts in 2013, followed by the success of their second album, *Bloom*, which also hit number one in Australia in 2016. Notably, their track "You Were Right" won the ARIA Award for Best Dance Release in 2015.
As part of their *Surrender* world tour from 2021 to 2023, RÜFÜS DU SOL sold out three shows at the Banc of California Stadium. The group earned a Grammy Award in 2022 for Best Dance/Electronic Recording with their single "Alive." In 2023, they headlined Montreal’s Osheaga Festival and are set to headline Sydney’s Field Day on New Year's Day in 2024.
