He started to play the violin at the age of five. Even in his youth, he was very interested in the orchestra section of the musical world.

 

Rieu had success with orchestra throughout his time in university, and by the time he was out, he was ready to make his own orchestra group. So, he established his own group called the Johann Strauss Orchestra. With his group, he’s gone on to perform and conduct many successful performances.

Take That is an English pop group that was popular in the 90s, had a comeback in 2005, and still on the music scene. They’re based in Manchester, England and incorporate both music and dance into their art. Part of the reason why they’re so popular is because of their unique take on pop rock. Take That is currently made up of Gary Barlow, Mark Owen, and Howard Donald. The group was originally brought together through the mind process of Nigel Martin-Smith, who wanted to create a teen band that could appeal to all age groups. He met Barlow at a local pub and was impressed by his songwriting skills. He decided to create a band that would best fit and further Barlow’s abilities, so through auditions he found the rest of the crew.
