Boyzone is a popular Irish boy band based in Dublin. They began working together through their manager Louis Walsh in 1993 and have gained a strong following that’s likened to the success of the great band, Take That. They’ve sold multiple millions of records around the world, despite not being as active as other groups. They’re currently in the process of performing their last tour before retiring as a group.

Boyzone has several dates planned in 2019 to bid farewell to their fans and their stage presence. Their first date is January 20th in Cardiff, Great Britain. If you miss that one, you can catch in other locations like Belfast, Dublin, Glasgow, Liverpool, Hull, Leeds and Auckland. The final date for their farewell tour is on April 10th in Wellington, New Zealand.

      Boyzone Background

Boyzone is made up of its members Michael Graham, Shane Lynch, Keith Duffy, and Ronan Keaton. The group originally started as a band put together by their manager. However, they immediately clicked, and despite losing a member, Stephen Gately, to his passing, they remained strong and stuck together through thick and thin. They were signed in 1994 and released a cover for a popular song. This landed them up top at number three on Irish charts. They’re following songs, “Key to My Life” and “Father and Song” also garnered a lot of attention across Europe. From there, their popularity grew as they continued to perform around Europe and gain fans.

      Boyzone’s Greatest Hits

Boyzone has made plenty of rocking hits in their day. Some of their most popular songs are “When the Going Gets Tough”, “No Matter What”, and “Picture of You”. The band has also won the BRIT Award for Best International Boy Group in 1999. Their most recent album, Thank You and Goodnight, has been a success, with materials written by the famous Ed Sheeran and Sam Smith.
